| If cancellation is made 30 days prior to arrival, no
charge will be applied. 10 % charge will be applied for cancellation made less than 30 days prior
to arrival. 25 % charge will be applied for cancellation made less than 14 days prior
to arrival. 50 % charge will be applied for cancellation made less than 7 days prior
to arrival. Total amount will be charged, in case of "no show". These conditions may vary during high season. Total amount should be paid, 30 days month prior to arrival. A final invoice will be sent after the end of the tour. Any additional services should be paid within 15 days. 10% of total amount will be charged for each indivisible month delay. | Responsibility of Syritour | SYRITOUR assumes no liability for accidents of any nature
whatever, injuries, delays,irregularities, discomforts, loss or damage to
property or any other damage however arising. All participants are expected
to be covered by insurance. SYRITOUR reserves the right to substitute one mean of
transport for another, or to change hotels included in the programme in
case of any event beyond control. In the last case, if the hotel is of a
superior category, the difference will be charged to the cooperator. If
it is of an inferior category, the surplus amount will be refunded. In both
cases SYRITOUR will do its best to obtain the cooperators approval.Booking
on our tours implies complete agreement to our rules and conditions. Hotels classification is based on the official rating of the Syrian Ministry of Tourism. Syritour's liability can not be engaged if hotels do not meet the international standards of hotel classification. Syritour is not liable for the reconfirmation of return flights. This confirmation is the sole responsibility of the guest. However, Syritour's representatives will do their best to help guests to contact the airline company for the reconfirmation..
In case of lost luggage upon arrival, Syritour’s representative will assist the traveller to fill the claim form
(Property Irregularity Form). When the lost luggage is found, it is the guest’s responsibility, by Syrian law, to collect it personally from airport’s customs. Transfer cost to the airport will be borne by the guest. |
